Welcome to CoffeePrestige. We are committed to providing our customers with an exceptional shopping experience. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you return or exchange your items. Please read our return policy below carefully to understand the conditions and procedures that apply.

Return conditions

Return time

You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to return an item. After this period, we will unfortunately be unable to accept your return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, i.e. :

Return exclusions

•  Consumable products Coffee, capsules, beans and other food products cannot be returned if they have been opened or used.

•  Sale or Promotional Products Items purchased at a reduced price are non-refundable, unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

•  Gift cards Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.

Packaging and shipping

Please repack the items in their original packaging and include the return authorization number (RMA) in the package. You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. We recommend that you use a traceable delivery service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return without proof of delivery.

Inspection and Validation

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your item. We'll also let you know if your claim has been approved or rejected.

Refunds

Refund amount

If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original method of payment. The amount refunded will be equivalent to the price of the returned item, less the original shipping charges. You are responsible for return shipping costs, except in the case of a defective product or error on our part.

Refund period

The refund will be processed within 7 to 14 working days of receipt and validation of your return. Depending on your payment method, the refund may take several additional days to appear on your statement.

Defective or Damaged Products

Receipt of a Defective or Damaged Product

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will ask you for photos of the damage or defect to assess the situation. After verification, we will offer you a free replacement or a full refund, including return postage.

Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, except in the case of a defective product or incorrect delivery. If the return is due to an error on our part, we will provide you with a prepaid return label.

Partial repayments

In certain cases, only at our discretion, a partial refund may be granted for items that are not returned in their original condition, or that are damaged by the customer.
